Honolulu's culinary scene is set to sizzle with the upcoming Poke Fest on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Ka Makana Ali‘i in Kapolei.

From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, attendees can indulge in a variety of poke creations from over 40 local food trucks and vendors.

The event promises live music, giveaways, and activities for keiki, making it a family-friendly affair.

For those eager to sample more, the Poke Pass offers expedited access to vendors.

Priced at $45, it includes five tickets redeemable for 4 oz portions of poke and an exclusive Poke Fest cooler bag.

Passes are limited and expected to sell out quickly.

Participating vendors include Ali‘i Fish Market, Ilea's Kitchen, and Nico’s Pier 38 Fish Market, among others.

Each will present unique poke dishes crafted exclusively for the festival.

Attendees are encouraged to vote for their favorite creation, adding a competitive edge to the festivities.

Looking ahead, the 6th Annual Kauai Poke Fest is scheduled for June 19–20, 2026, at Koloa Landing Resort.

Hosted by Chef Sam Choy, the event will feature a live competition between professional and amateur chefs, live Hawaiian entertainment, and a poke-making demonstration.

Proceeds will support Kaua‘i nonprofit organizations.
